Once you have found the item you want to purchase, click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the page.

Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order. Once you make a purchase, an invoice will be sent to your email.

Yes, you can. But signing up with us will allow you to enjoy a range of benefits including:

  • Getting email alerts when we have sales
  • Having the option of saving your address and other preferences so you can make quick purchases next time
  • Adding to your shopping cart or liking an item and coming back to check-out later

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, COD and popular mobile wallets are acceptable methods of payment. We use a secure checkout system for all online payments; please ensure your details are entered correctly to avoid any delays to your order.

Delivery charges will be added on to the total value of your order at checkout. You may track your order using the order tracking tab.

Local
Delivery costs are calculated depending on your delivery address with a delivery time frame of 3 working days within Colombo and suburbs, and 5 working days to all other parts of the island unless otherwise specified.

International
International delivery costs are calculated depending on your delivery address and will be delivered within 10 working days, subject to clearance delays.

If we determine that we will not be able to deliver an order within the promised timeframe, we will immediately contact you via email.

We’re sorry your order isn’t as expected. If it is a damaged item, you may return it to us and we’ll send you a new item (please see below on how to return an item). If it’s an item that’s missing, please send us a copy of your invoice and the item code to info@whoweare.lk and we’ll sort it out for you.

If you were after a cash refund, please contact us on info@whoweare.lk with details of the transaction, invoice number, items you wish to be refunded and the reason for requesting a refund and our team will respond promptly. For card payments or mobile wallet transactions, a refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the items. In the instance of a cash on delivery payment, a member of our team will facilitate a bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the items as well.

Refunds will be available for up to 14 days from the day you receive your order.

If the return is not the result of an error by Who We Are, you will be responsible for all shipping and gift box costs incurred for the order and any costs associated with returning the item(s). Please send your return using a reliable carrier that offers tracking. It is strongly recommended that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive at the returns center in their original condition.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the Returns Center.

No refunds will be available after the 14-day returns period has expired.
