Milk toffee, or kiri toffee, is a yummy Sri Lankan-style toffee made from loads of condensed milk, and homemade spices, which balances out and enhances the taste. These toffees are made the traditional way, by stirring a pot of condensed milk over a low heat for one and a half hours, no shortcuts used here!
