Organic Dukkha Spice Mix 100g
An Egyptain condiment made of nuts, spices and herbs, which is roasted and pulverized to a powder. Serving suggestions: mix with olive oil or yoghurt and turn into a dip for bread, pita bread, or vegetables or add the Dukkah mix as a finishing touch on dips like hummus or sprinkle a little of the spice mix on a salad or roasted vegetables. Mix the Dukkah spice mix with olive oil (or soy sauce or mirin) and use a marinade for fish, or meat or as a coating to grill or roast vegetables.
