Rice filled cotton back pillow to be used as a hot/cold pack. Cover is removable and hand washable. 31cm x 20cm, 1.5kg. Microwave for 1.5 mins or refrigerate for 20 mins. Recommended life span 1-1.5 years (depends of frequency of use). Cautions: Avoid over heating, as the rice can burn. Do not use on someone who has a rice allergy. Avoid exposure or storage in high temperatures for a long period. Do not wet or soak the rice bag.Takes 5 days to make and dispatch.
