Description

Pure, heavenly nectar made by refining sap, extracted from locally grown Sri Lankan coconut trees. It has a rich, thick, consistency, not too sweet and has a slight bitter flavor to cut through the sweetness. Coconut treacle is also known for its low GI (Glycemic Index), meaning it doens’t cause a huge spike in blood sugar levels, and is great to top off your pancakes or curd with!
